Connected health for farm animals
BioFarmSensor is an advanced technological solution designed to monitor the health of farm animals, particularly cattle and pigs. The system relies on a robust, self-contained implant equipped with physiological sensors. Two versions are available: a battery-free RFID implant designed for short-range communication, and a battery-powered Bluetooth implant enabling longer-range communication, up to 20 meters. All collected data is then transmitted to a dedicated web platform for centralized and actionable monitoring.
With its long-lasting battery (up to 2 years) and remote communication capability, BioFarmSensor enables individual and real-time tracking of each animal, without handling or stress. Temperature, heart rate, activity, behavior... all data is collected automatically and centralized for fast, informed decision-making.
